ACADEMIC CREDIT

Participants earn up to 12 semester units of academic credit (18 quarter units) for our extended Wildlands Studies projects from California State University Monterey Bay Extended Education.  Our short courses earn 4 semester units (6 quarter units).  Our prerequisite is minimum one (1) college lower division science/biology or environmental studies/geography course or instructor consent.  While students usually encounter no difficulties in transferring credit to their home campus, applicants should check with their advisers prior to enrolling. Our staff will be happy to explain the program in further detail to the applicant’s adviser, if necessary.   Click here to learn more about academic credit.
